Once spirit regeneration begins, you'll gain mana every 2-seconds based on the following equation: Spirit / 4.5 + 15. Mana regeneration from spirit starts after not casting a spell for 5-seconds. Spirit increases mana regeneration while not casting spells and health regeneration while out of combat. Mana/5 Seconds (mp/5) regenerates the stated amount of mana every 5-seconds, regardless of combat status and whether currently casting spells or not.
